A digital template captures exact dimensions, reveals wall variations, and informs seam placement, overhangs, and support needs.
Your countertop is engineered from the template, then fabricated on precision CNC saws/routers and waterjet where appropriate. Edges are profiled, sink and cooktop cutouts are reinforced and polished, and surfaces are finished to your chosen sheen. Every piece is dry-fit and quality-checked before we schedule installation and align trades for a smooth, on-time delivery.

Dial in the details with edge profiles (eased, bullnose, bevel, ogee, mitered waterfall), thickness options (2 cm, 3 cm, or laminated), and finish textures (polished, honed, leathered). Add custom features like full-height backsplashes, integrated drain grooves, radius corners, and flush-mounted accessories, plus undermount or farmhouse sinks secured with mechanical anchors.
What to Expect on Template and Install Days
Preparation sets the stage for a perfect fit. Cabinets should be installed, secured, and level within 1/16 inch over 8 feet; we can shim minor variances. Provide all fixtures and appliances on site (sink, faucet, cooktop, dishwasher brackets), confirm overhangs, and plan for support brackets where cantilevers exceed 10–12 inches. If needed, we handle tear-out and responsible disposal of existing tops.
On installation day, our team protects floors and access paths, verifies seam locations, and sets tops with color-matched epoxy for minimal visibility. Undermount sinks are bonded and mechanically fastened, cutouts are polished, and cooktop clearances are checked. Backsplashes are scribed to walls, waterfall panels are aligned and miter seams are tuned for tight, crisp lines.
We finalize with sealing for natural stone, precise caulking, and a detailed inspection. Adhesives and epoxies require cure time before reconnecting plumbing or placing heavy items; we provide written care guidelines, a maintenance kit, and warranty documentation. All debris is removed and the site is left clean and ready to enjoy.
